About Us
The Sandton Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy was founded in October 2022; established through the lineage of Prof Rodrigo Farjado, a multiple world champion, of Gracie Barra Curitiba, Brazil.
Prof Storm Conrad, the Head Coach of Gracie Barra Sandton received his black belt from Rodrigo.
Professor Sebastien Garnier from Gracie Barra Europe, provides guidance in ensuring we maintain and uphold the highest standards set by Gracie Barra International.
Regardless of age, whether new to the sport or experienced, our training programmes are structured with a step-by-step process using the established training curriculum and philosophy founded by the Gracie Barra Academy;
We aim to foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and integrity; a community that welcomes everyone, in an atmosphere where you can grow, learn, and succeed in your personal goals.
